Trace Adkins and his Sarepta Gentlemen’s Club band will bring the big man’s biggest hits to the Fox & Friends Summer Concert stage on Friday (8/1). The Associated Press reports that 46 people attending the Keith Urban show at Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Mass., near Boston, were treated for alcohol-related sickness. All told, 22 were transported to area hospitals and more than 50 were taken into protective custody, while several others were arrested for alcohol-related issues. More than 18,000 attended the show.

Joe Nichols, who says he injured his lower back from long distance running, had to have some bone cut away from his bottom vertebrae, as well as have some ligaments removed.

“I want you pretty much on your back for at least two weeks and your healing time should take about three months,” the singer says his doctor ordered. But Nichols chose not to listen, and hit the road only four days later.

Nichols has the number one song in the country this week with “Yeah”.
