Hear your Warm and Fuzzy here!
When you come to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on. – Franklin D. Roosevelt
Life is not an easy ride. There are days when it may feel like everyone in the world is against you. You may face a life altering event or tragedy. You may lose people and things that seem precious to you. You may feel like giving up because everything seems too overwhelming for you to handle. When your life has become unbearable, I want you to please consider these words; Just Hang On.
Those three words seem too simple to be good advice, don’t they? But consider the action. Just hang on. You may be in a place right now that you never thought you’d find yourself. Your life may have changed in the blink of an eye. And that’s when you should consider the alternate. Life can and will change again, in the blink of an eye. Remember, as long as you are living anything is possible
Life hands us difficult lessons especially when the timing couldn’t be worse. You lose your job when the bills just seem to be getting higher. You lose a loved one through a break-up, divorce or death just when you needed that person the most. You lose your way when others are looking to you for guidance.
It’s up to us to take the lessons and consider it like a card game. So, play the hand life deals you to the best of your ability. Just hang on. Your attitude to hang on and learn will take you far more incredible places than a self-pity attitude can take you.
Surround yourself with those who love you, accept encouragement, hope and prayers from family and friends. Have faith and learn about grace. Whatever you do, don’t give up. Remember these simple words, this simple action, Just Hang On because anything is possible as long as you do.
