July 3.2014 – Throw Me A Lifeline Written by Lillie Mae Deforrest

Hear today’s Warm and Fuzzy here!

I need hope today. I seem to have used up all my reserves and I am caught

struggling today.

Can you throw me a life line? Something to hold on to, to believe in that

is beyond the pain and struggle of life?

Let me hear your newborn baby cry. Share your smile with me. Tell me

a story that will make me genuinely laugh.

Take my hand and show me that you really do care.

They are all lifelines to a life that is a little too beaten down, a litlle too

worn thin, way too fragile.

You have been here, haven’t you? I feel that you have. You understand how

tough life can be and you, you got through it.

You are a survivor.

And now, I need your help to get through myself.

Look around you. I’m right here in front of you. I just need you to see me

and look me in the eyes and tell me it will all be alright.

Share some hope with someone today, won’t you please? You just never

know who needs a little help getting through the day, and you could make

all the difference in the world.
