Hear your Warm and Fuzzy here!
For those who face illness and chronic pain, you can’t be sure what your pain will be like from day to day. You can have a good day, a good week, a good month, or even several good months in a row. Unfortunately the opposite is true as well. With illness and chronic pain you will inevitability have not so good days.
On those days, it is important to look back to the good days and weeks that you have had and remember just how you felt. Chances are, you were happy and content. This is what you can draw from on your not so good days. Seek hope and encouragement, but most of all, remember that it is okay to have not so good days because they too shall soon pass.
