Hello. I hope you have had a great week and enjoyed the crazy-record-breaking days of warmth we have had! Remember that 80 degree day if you have to do any shoveling come Sunday! Just kidding…I don’t think we are supposed to get that much snow! Just enough of a dusting for Mother Nature to remind us she is still around!
I had a wonderful time filling in for Kevin Scott these few days as he has taken vacation. I hope my time-change hasn’t jacked you up like the official Daylight Savings Time change did to me!! I started the work week late but I caught up after a few days!
So there is this really cool festival coming to our area,
BreastFest, an inaugural kick-off event for the Virginia Blue Ridge Race for the Cure, is a festival filled with music, food, beer, and fun! The night will feature: Corey Hunley $ The Millionaires and our friends Rutledge
This is an all ages and family friendly event.
Admission is FREE for Race for the Cure participants. Race registration will be available at event entrance. If you would like to register for the Race and get into BreastFest for FREE, register now at www.komenvabueridge.org/race.
For those not participating in the Race, admission is:
$10 for Adult
FREE for kids 12 and under
