Dustin Lynch has announced that his sophomore cd will be titled, “Where It’s At” after his current hit single. The project will drop on September 9.2014. “I wanted it to have a little more energy than my first album” Dustin said.
When Dustin played Phase 2 earlier this year he played me a song he had written called “Daddy’s Boots” which just knocked
me out. I really think it could turn in to his signature song! He says “it’s my favorite song I’ve ever written!”
Dustin is one of those acts that I am truly excited about. His debut with “Cowboy’s and Angels,” “Wild In Your Smile” and
now the current hit “Where It’s At” (love that song, yep, yep) has made a believer out of me. This guy is the real deal.
That is to say, he wont just be a blip on the country music charts that wont be around 1 year or 5 down the road.
We’ve got a few months to wait on the release of “Where It’s At” but in the meantime, here is a peak at the track
listing of the album!
And don’t worry, I will remind you on your radio when the album is going on sale!

A group of aspiring musicians from all over the country is in Nashville this week, with a star-packed schedule: They wrote a song called “Bright Eyes” with the Band Perry on Monday. On Tuesday, they’ll hang out with the Swon Brothers at a downtown dance hall. They are set to record “Bright Eyes” with Lee Brice and producer and local native Ross Copperman (Glenvar High School graduate) on Wednesday, followed by singing karaoke with Wynonna and Brett Eldredge later that night.
