Kip Moore says he’s including a song inspired by his dad—who passed away just over a year ago—on his upcoming sophomore album. That song, “Comeback Kid,” is about blue-collar workers struggling to get by.
In the new book Once-a-Day Country Faith: 56 Reflections From Today’s Leading Country Music Stars, Scotty McCreery admits he has Philippians 4:13 written in the brims of his baseball caps.
“I keep a lot of my old baseball hats, and if you look in the hats I’ve had since I started pitching, you’ll see
Philippians 4:13 written on the brim,” McCreery says. “That’s the Scripture that gets me through the day because
sometimes you can’t do it all by yourself. You can’t do it on your own, so you lean on him.”
The new TNT reality series, Private Lives of Nashville Wives, a “docudrama,” which is set to air Feb. 24 on 10 p.m. ET, centers around a group of the most driven and accomplished women in Nashville as they navigate the perilous balance between their own success and their private lives.

Included in the cast are Erika Page White, wife of country music recording artist Bryan White; Sarah Davidson, wife of award-winning songwriter Dallas Davidson; Cassie Chapman, wife of Christian music artist Gary Chapman; and Betty Malo, wife of The Mavericks’ Raul Malo.
