Just some of my observations about last night’s awards show.
Taylor Swift looked model-like beautiful. Miranda Lambert looked absolutely stunning.

Faith Hill is just class and she must influence what Tim wears. He is incredible in a tux! And their duet was amazing.

The Eric Church performance of “Give Me Back My Hometown” was stellar.

Of course I loved that The Band Perry opened the show with their latest hit “Chainsaw”. That song is written by Buchannan
native Matt Ramsey!

“Medicine” performed by Blake Shelton and Shakira was nice.

Is it just me, or did Rascal Flatts lip-sync last night??

Sheryl Crow added a sweet touch to Dierks Bentley’s “I Hold On”.

What a year for King George Strati! He is on the road for his final tour, “The Cowboy Rides Away”, he has 60 number one
songs and now he has come back to win Entertainer of The Year!

I could have done without all the sexual innuendo jokes that Blake and Luke seemed to think were appropriate! That’s
just me.

I like it when the artist wins and they remember to thank their fans and country radio.

Why do guys think wearing a baseball hat backwards to a prestigious event is good fashion??

Overall, I thought the ladies were stunning. The boys still have some catching up to do!!
Another good show for the history books.

Next year they will move to Dallas, and the awards will be held at AT and T Stadium, home of Dallas Cowboys. That will be
the 50th anniversary of the Academy Of Country Music Awards and that should be exciting!
