Sharon Osbourne returned to The Talk yesterday. She had said she took a hiatus from the show to spend some time with Ozzy, but she admitted that her absence was due to a problem with her breast implants. One of them was leaking so she had them both removed.

Snoop Dogg could be NBC’s next tv star. The rapper and actor will produce and star in an untitled family comedy. Snoop will play the dad.

David Cassidy is suing to get the money he says he’s owed for his work on “The Partridge Family”. His lawsuit alleges the studio has violated his contract and is continuing to cheat him out of the profits.

Pierce Brosnan’s wife Keely is suing an L.A. restaurant after she took a bite of carrot cake and fractured her tooth with a rock-hard walnut shell. The incident happened two years ago. She’s seeking an undisclosed amount in damages.

According to Spirit Halloween, Charlie Sheen is the top choice for a Halloween costume this year. Top mask choices for women include Snooki, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry. As for the kids, it’s all about the popular mobile app “Angry Birds”. Americans are expected spend an average of $72 on costumes, candy and decorations this year.

Explosive new photos show Ashton Kutcher with Sara Leal…the 23-year-old he allegedly had an affair with in San Diego on the weekend of his sixth wedding anniversary. Star Magazine has pictures of Ashton with Leal and several of her female friends inside the hotel’s $2,500-a-night penthouse. The issue is on the checkout stands starting today.

Michael Jackson wanted to dedicate his “This Is It” concerts to his children. In a recorded conversation with Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael said, “I love them because I didn’t have a childhood”. His voice is slurred and incoherent on the recording. The recording was made just weeks before Michael’s death.

LeAnn Rimes’ husband Eddie Cibrian is having a bad week. Not only has his tv show “The Playboy Club” been canceled…he was injured Tuesday night while filming an episode for it. His right heel reportedly got caught underneath a 200-pound steel door. He was taken to the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.

Apple co-founder Steve Jobs died yesterday. After beating a rare form of pancreatic cancer, Jobs appeared to be in good health until 2009 when he was forced to get a liver transplant. Given his declining health, Jobs announced back on August 24 that he would be stepping down as the company’s chief executive. Steve Jobs was 56.

Rachel Uchitel…famous for her fling with Tiger Woods…got hitched over the weekend. She married businessman Matt Hahn on Sunday at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas. It’s her second trip down the aisle. Her previous marriage lasted four months.

Blake Lively and Leonardo DiCaprio have parted way after five months together. Their reps say they will remain good friends. Meanwhile the New York Daily News reports Blake has already moved on. They say she’s been getting cozy with her “Green Lantern” co-star Ryan Reynolds.

The future of “The Simpsons” is in jeopardy after salary negotiations between the voice actors have hit a snag. Fox wants them to take a 45% pay cut. They currently earn around $8 million each for 22 weeks of work. The cast has offered to take a 30% cut in exchange for some syndication and merchandise royalties.

After The Lion King’s success in 3D at the box office, Disney plans to re-release other classic animated movies. “Finding Nemo” will be released in 3D next September. “Monsters, Inc.” and “The Little Mermaid” are also headed to the big screen in 3D.

Jesse James’ ex Kat Von D is recording an album. She says her musical influences include Guns N’ Roses, Metallica, AC/DC and The Cure. She’s already hit the studio to lay down some vocals. No release date has been announced.

Madonna will perform during the halftime show at Super Bowl 46. The game is set for February 5 in Indianapolis.

The latest addition to the Trump family has arrived! Donald Trump, Jr. and his wife Vanessa welcomed their new son Tristan Milos early Sunday morning. He weighed in at 8 pounds, 4 ounces.

Actress Jenna Fischer…who plays Pam on “The Office”…had her son on September 24. She named him Weston.

Seth Rogen got married over the weekend. He tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Lauren Miller on Saturday in Sonoma, California. There were about 250 guests in attendance including Jonah Hill and Paul Rudd.

Charlie Sheen’s ex Brooke Mueller is suing a Malibu rehab facility for selling confidential medical information to the media. Brooke sought treatment at the facility last February and she’s accusing staff members of leaking her private information. She’s seeking undisclosed damages for the privacy violation.

Anderson Cooper’s new daytime talk show is dealing with the fallout of a skateboarding accident that injured a teenager about to appear in an episode on the science of the teenage brain. The teen hit his head while trying to film himself doing stunts on a skateboard and is in a coma. The show confirms it asked the guest for video footage, but wouldn’t comment on what he had been asked to film.

Martha Stewart’s daughter Alexis has written a new tell-all book about growing up with the domestic diva. Among the highlights….Alexis says Martha used to make her wrap her own Christmas presents. Alex writes in the book, “If I didn’t do something perfectly, I had to do it again. I grew up with a glue gun pointed at my head”. She also shares that not only did her mom not close the bathroom door…her dogs didn’t have to go outside to do their business. Alexis’ book “Whateverland: Learning to Live Here” will be released on October 18.

After nearly 30 years of dating, Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed got married Saturday in Beverly Hills. About 400 guests attended including Hugh Hefner.

Elizabeth Hurley and her Australian boyfriend Shane have gotten engaged. It’ll be the second marriage for both of them.

A goat is to blame for Halle Berry’s broken foot. She was at her villa in Spain when she spotted her daughter chasing a goat. So she chased after her daughter. When they started back to the villa, Halle stumbled over a rock and broke her foot.

A dolphin has dethroned “The Lion King” at the weekend box office. “Dolphin Tale” took in $14 million in its second weekend to take over at number one.

Purina has launched the first television commercial designed for dogs. It uses a high-frequency tone to grab their attention. The commercial features a tone similar to a dog whistle and squeaks from a dog toy. The ad is being shown on Austrian television.

Michael Jackson’s bodyguard took the stand yesterday in Dr. Conrad Murray’s trial. He told the court Murray had him remove Propofol from Michael’s bedroom before calling 911. He also said Michael’s two children, Prince and Paris, followed him into the room and Paris yelled out “Daddy!” after seeing him lying on the bed. He ushered them out of the room and told them everything was going to be okay.

CBS has decided not seek compensation from the technology companies Ashton Kutcher promoted during Monday’s episode of “Two and a Half Men”. He was seen using a laptop that was decorated with stickers for the companies. Ashton holds stock in all of them.

Yesterday Ashton broke his silence about rumors his marriage with Demi Moore is over. Well he KINDA OF did. He tweeted a link to Public Enemy’s song “Don’t Believe The Hype”. He let the song title speak for itself as he did not add any additional commentary.

Ozzy Osbourne’s son Jack is moving on to the next chapter in his life. He’s engaged to marry his actress girlfriend Lisa Stelly. The wedding date has not been announced.

Congratulations to Mike Myers and his wife Kelly. They recently welcomed their first child. His name is Spike.

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore’s six-year marriage may be coming to an end. Ashton is accused of cheating on Demi after a booze-fueled boys night out at a San Diego nightclub last Friday. The tabloids say Ashton spent his wedding anniversary shacking up with a 23-year-old woman. He reportedly told her that he and Demi had separated, but the public just didn’t know yet.
Los Angeles police have determined the white powder found yesterday in a letter addressed to the tv show “Dancing With The Stars” was harmless. The suspicious powder was discovered in a mailroom at CBS Television City. The envelope was addressed to the show, not a specific person.
Michael Jackson’s longtime assistant testified yesterday in Dr. Conrad Murray’s trial. He told the court in the moments after the King of Pop was declared dead at UCLA, Dr. Murray asked him to take him back to Michael’s house so he could retrieve some cream that Michael didn’t want the world to know about.
Angelina Jolie recently took Shiloh and Zahara to a salon in London to get their ears pierced. But after watching Zahara start to cry when she got her ears pierced…5-year-old Shiloh decided NOT to get hers done.
Forbes magazine is out with its list of TV’s highest-paid actresses. Eva Longoria and Tina Fey top the list….they each earned $13 million between May 2010 and May 2011.

Prosecutors came out swinging yesterday during Dr. Conrad Murray’s trial. They told jurors Michael Jackson was killed by the actions of the physician. The prosecution showed the jury a photo of the lifeless King of Pop on a hospital gurney. They also played a recording of Jackson roughly six weeks before his death and clearly under the influence of an unknown substance. Defense attorneys counter that Michael caused his own death by taking propofol after his doctor left the room.
Nancy Grace’s wardrobe malfunction on “Dancing With The Stars” may not have revealed as much flesh as it seemed. Nancy says she took precautions to guard her modesty and was wearing pasties under her outfit. Meanwhile it was George Clooney’s ex…Elisabetta Canalis who was booted from the dance competition last night…despite the fact she finished third on Monday night.

The ruby red slippers Judy Garland wore as Dorothy in “The Wizard of Oz” will be sold at an auction in December. They’re expected to sell for at least $2 million. The slippers are one of four surviving pairs created for the 1939 film.
Andy Rooney is leaving “60 Minutes”. He’ll make the announcement at the end of Sunday’s program during what will be his 1,097th segment. Rooney has been featured on “60 Minutes” since 1978.

Ellen DeGeneres called 911 yesterday during a producers’ meeting at her tv show after she had chest pains. She’s doing fine now….in fact, just a few hours later, she was joking about it in front of a studio audience.

“Dancing with the Stars” contestant Nancy Grace showed off a little more than she wanted when she popped out of her dress at the end of her routine last night. The night’s top-scorer was Ricki Lake…Chaz Bono received the lowest score.

It pays to get dumped by Simon Cowell. He’s revealed that he regularly pays some of his exes so they can continue living the good life. Simon explains, “You can’t have somebody in your life who’s become accustomed to a certain thing, and just because you don’t want to be in the relationship anymore say to them, now everything is cut off”.

The matchups for this year’s Celebrity Fight Night have been announced. They include Michael Lohan versus Kato Kaelin, Joey Buttafuoco versus Amy Fisher’s husband, Amy Fisher versus the Octomom and Tareq Salahi versus Jose Canseco. Proceeds will benefit the Film On Charitable Trust. The event is set for November 5.

The man who created Doritos passed away last week. His daughter says the family plans on tossing Doritos chips in before they put the dirt over the urn when he is buried this weekend. According to his son-in-law, they will use his favorite flavors…Original, Cool Ranch and Nacho flavor. Arch West came up with the idea for Doritos in 1961 during a family vacation. He was 97.

Justin Bieber surprised his girlfriend Selena Gomez with an intimate dinner and a movie for two at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. They dined on steak and pasta in the empty 20,000 seat arena and watched “Titanic” on the jumbo screen. Justin got the idea from the movie “Mr. Deeds”…where Adam Sandler surprised Winona Ryder with a date at Madison Square Garden.

Martin Sheen and Emilio Estevez will make a stop at Virginia Tech on Wednesday night. It’s part of a cross-country tour promoting their upcoming movie “The Way”. A couple of professors and about 3,000 students made a YouTube video inviting the actors to come to Burress Hall. The event is sold out.

After ending their six month engagement in July and reconciling one month later…Kat Von D and Jesse James have called it quits again. Kat would have been his fourth wife.

Taylor Lautner and his “Abduction” co-star Lily Collins have also broken up. Taylor reportedly ended it about a week before their film’s red carpet premiere. Sources say it was awkward at the after party.

Brad Pitt was no match for “The Lion King 3D”. The Disney film topped the box office for a second week with $22.1 million. Brad’s new movie “Moneyball” came in second with $20.6 million.

Parade magazine did an online poll and one of the questions was “which celebrity is the most annoying?” The winner was Kim Kardashian with 29% of the vote followed by Charlie Sheen, Snooki and Donald Trump.
